Cincinnati Marriott At Rivercenter - Covington

The staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent and there are extra facilaties provided for guests such as: a coffee bar, free internet access and printing, ATMs,pool, gym etc. The rooms are comfortable and the maid service generally good. The local shuttle bus also goes from right outside the front of the hotel. An excellent hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

Very little really. The only minor issue was that the maid failed to replenish all the tea and coffee products. However, the helpful man in the coffee bar came to the rescue!

Nice room with a great view, enough roller beds and snacks. Complimentary breakfast to start the day, savoury food.

Extremely slow staff!

The location is marvellous and amazing, 10 minutes' walk to Goebels Park. It's adjacent to Covington, KY, the Newport aquarium and multiple restaurants. The rooms are newly renovated and large and have marvellous view of Cincinnati skyline.

Every room service order was wrong. Spent a lot of money not to get what was agreed to.

I enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of the beautifully decorated lobby. The accessibility features also ensured I could move around comfortably without any hassle.

Staying in a King Room with River View provided magnificent sights of the Cincinnati skyline. The app check-in process made things smooth, allowing me to skip the front desk hassle.

Parking wasn't included, costing an extra $30 per night, which was like a kick in the gut considering the nightly rate. The shower had zero towel hooks, forcing me to juggle my wet towels. The floor felt sticky like a cantina after a busy night. Windows clearly hadn't seen a thorough wash in months.

The fine views of the river captivated me, while the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. Navigating the parking situation was a bit tricky. A good experience rich in comfort and aesthetics.

excellent location but minor room issues

The river view from my room was amazing. The staff consistently displayed courtesy.

My room was on the top floor with a balcony and an awesome view of both stadiums across the river. The location is perfect for catching a reds game, just a short walk over the bridge. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, perfect for fueling our family adventures. A standout moment was when front desk staff were very good too assist us with directions and local dining recommendations.

The hotel also offers a beautiful outdoor patio for dining and a well-equipped fitness center. Just be aware that parking isn't included in the room price, so plan accordingly 😊

We enjoyed the beautiful views along the river, and our family loved exploring the nearby parks and walking trails. The hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating.

My wife says that the hotel lacked convenient amenities for families. It would be great if they had more activities for little ones.
